"The PHRMA events is a volunteer opportunity that allows HRMA members to work along side and network with HR professionals. Building a network is critical for gaining a better perspective of various positions within HR and the different companies out there. Volunteers will be working with Nikki Schutte, who is the PHRMA organizer of the luncheons and help her with tasks accordingly. This includes assisting in the setup of the event and signing in attendees. Once volunteers are finished, they are free to network and listen to the speakers. The attire for the event is business casual to business formal and it would be best if volunteers were to arrive at the DoubleTree ten minutes early before the event." - Former Member
