Hello! My name is Sheena. I am studying business analytics and human resource management at PSU. I plan to work in compensation or business intelligence once I graduate. I joined PSU HRMA to become more involved on campus and learn more about HR. In my free time, I enjoy driving to the beach for a quick getaway or spending time with friends.

I decided to join HRMA because I wanted to make sure that I was choosing the right career path— now I’m sure that I am! Outside of school, I love to bake! It’s so satisfying to make a tasty treat from scratch that other people can enjoy.

Manideep Vavilala

Hello! My name is Manideep Vavilala, and I come from India, where I was born and raised. I am currently pursuing a master's degree in electrical and computer engineering. I joined HRMA to actively participate in its events and acquire a comprehensive understanding of the organizational structures used by professionals across various industries. As the chapter secretary, I have the responsibility of maintaining records for all chapter activities and consistently offering my support to the team in any capacity needed. I am proud to be part of the leadership. In my free time, I enjoy playing chess, listening to music, and spending time with friends.

Hello! I’m Madisyn and I’m studying Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing and Advertising Management. I joined HRMA because I wanted to my apply classroom learning to real-world projects and I wanted to get more involved on campus. Outside of school, I enjoy making art, hanging out with my dog, going to museums, trying new restaurants, and traveling.

Hello! My name is Owen (he/him) and my major is HR Management. 

I got involved with HRMA to meet other people pursuing careers in HR and to learn more about the profession. Outside of school, I enjoy running, gaming, weight lifting, hiking, and cooking. When I just want to relax I am usually watching either Always Sunny in Philadelphia or Curb Your Enthusiasm.

Lucas Bronick

Hello! My name is Lucas (he/him) and I am a Junior majoring in HR Management and Management/Business Management.

Being a part of PSU’s HRMA is a great way for me to stay in the loop about changes or advancements in the field of human resource management. By serving as an officer, I’ll gain valuable leadership experience and be able to contribute to a great team of fellow students. I'm excited to attend workshops, seminars, and other events that can help me stay up-to-date with the latest HR-related topics, trends, and best practices. Plus, joining PSU’s HRMA can provide me with an excellent opportunity to network with other professionals in the field of human resource management, which can be incredibly useful for my career growth and job opportunities. Also, the affiliation with SHRM is a huge plus. Lastly, My favorite way to spend my free time is reading fantasy and sci-fi books (with a side of romance). I’m in three book clubs, so I’ve always got a few books going.

I decided to join HRMA as a way to connect with other students that are also interested in HR and to gain more knowledge about the field that I’m excited to enter after graduation. Outside of school, I enjoy traveling, baking, and going on adventures with my family.

Hello! I'm Victoria Powell (She/Her), and I am a Junior at PSU working on my Bachelor's Degree in Marketing. I joined PSU's HRMA to get more involved on campus, network with students and faculty, and make connections outside of PSU, as well as to learn more about business management. I enjoy how well-organized and active the club is, and how strong of a history it has on campus. I have a lot of interests, but my favorite hobbies are yoga, reading, and travel.
