"My name is Kylie Williams and I was born and raised in Helena, Montana. I moved to Oregon five years ago to go college for a degree in biology. Through a few degree changes, I found that I loved the idea behind human resources which seemed to be the backbone of many companies. I hope to find a way to help companies see their employees as assets to their company rather than just labor to get the work done. Joining HRMA has given me opportunities and a great community to work with towards our futures goals."
